To maintain the standards set by our products, at Flightline we have a team of dedicated service engineers on call 24 hours per day, who travel throughout the U.K. carrying out the servicing, maintenance and repair of fuelling equipment.
Quality Control & Certification
Our service engineers are responsible for carrying out the essential servicing and certification of refuelling vehicles and installations demanded by the Aviation Authorities.
- Meter Proving
- Filter Inspection and change
- Hose Pressure Testing
- Tank Inspection and clean
- Inspection and repair of couplings and nozzles
Many of our customers elect to let us take responsibility for co-ordinating these services. With a typical three or five year contract, engineers will visit the site every six months to carry out the necessary Quality control tests and inspections. On completion, certification is issued to confirm that the equipment tested is within specified parameters and is suitable for use.
Full Service & Maintenance
In addition to Quality control checks and certification we offer full maintenance and equipment service contracts. Maintenance contracts can be specifically designed to suit individual customers. Typically they would include full maintenance cover for the refuelling vehicle with the provision of spares and consumables, breakdown cover and emergency call out.
The Site and Service department boasts a fleet of six fully equipped service vehicles operated by qualified full-time mobile engineers. Additional equipment such as mobile trailers and pumping rigs are available to facilitate fast and efficient servicing of equipment thereby minimising down time and disruption to the operator.
