Refuelling Vehicles
The manufacture of refuelling vehicles is the central feature of our business.
In addition to our standard units, we will design and manufacture refuelling vehicles to your exact requirements and specifications.
Our experience and expertise in the design and construction of these vehicles ranges from high capacity units of up to 70,000ltrs these can be a rigid unit with draw-bar trailer or semi-trailer type, through the range to 5000 ltr rigid vehicles and down to 2,000 litre towable bowsers & mini bowsers, ideally suited to private operators and flying clubs.
The refuelling modules are built using the latest pumping and filtration systems, designed to meet the pressure and flow-rate requirements of airlines and into-plane operators while also incorporating the most reliable and advanced metering and safety systems. Resulting in a state of the art refueller, allowing operators to service aircraft more quickly, safely and efficiently.
Within our equipment range we have products suitable for refuelling the largest Cargo and passenger wide bodies to the smallest light aircraft and helicopters.
As well as our new equipment, Flightline stock a wide range of used fuelling equipment which is fully overhauled, and certified to meet the latest aviation fuelling specifications.

Module Build
Developed as a cost effective solution for some of our distant overseas customers who prefer to build refuellers using locally manufactured chassis and tanks, the Modules are built to the customers requirements and fully tested at our dedicated test facility before being containerised and shipped to any location worldwide.
Flightline engineers are available to supervise the mounting of Modules assisting with the interface between module, chassis and tank as well as final commissioning.
Re-Chasis & Modifications
Whether your re-chassis requirements are a result of upgrade, changes in site demand or as a result of purchasing pre-owned equipment, we have a team of engineers, fitters and electricians who are experienced in re-mounting fuelling equipment, tanks or hydrant dispensers and carrying out modifications to ensure that equipment meets latest standards and is able to fulfil the operators full requirements.
Modifications of all types are undertaken in our purpose built workshop facilities. From Tank alterations including the fitment of tank top safety systems, pipework modifications, installation of additive injection systems or larger scale projects like fitting new 4.2m platforms onto dispensers in order to make them suitable for use with latest aircraft types such as the A380. We have the knowledge, experience and resource to complete projects to the highest standard, on time and on-cost.
Mini Bowsers
For the smaller aircraft we have developed the extremely popular 2000 ltr mini bowser. Used by Flying clubs, Air Support units as well as private owners we have now manufactured and sold over 200 of these units.
Built to a full aviation specification with an aluminium tank, mounted on a fully hot dip galvanised chassis and with options on dispensing equipment.
