Flightline can supply Hydrant dispenser modules designed to suit the operator’s full requirements and mounted on their choice of chassis.
With high lift platforms suitable for refuelling the latest wide body aircraft up to and including the Airbus A380.
In addition to the traditional self-propelled vehicle we also offer a smaller lightweight manual unit, designed to be manoeuvred manually into position over short distances by one person. A towing hitch is also fitted for slow speed towing over longer distances within the airport complex.

Re-chassis
With the introduction of restrictions on vehicle age at many airports, operating companies are now being forced to replace vehicles before they have reached the end of their working life. Therefore rather than dispose of the complete vehicle the cost effective option is to re-mount the fuelling hamper onto a new chassis.
This has the advantage of offering a significant cost saving when compared to purchasing an all-new vehicle. It also means that the operator retains the equipment they are familiar with, which maintains consistency with the rest of the fleet. It also gives the opportunity to update and modify some of the equipment such as fitting high reach platforms.
Our engineering and workshops staff are highly experienced in all aspects of re-mount projects, from pipework modifications to the interface of electrical and pneumatic systems.
Modifications/Refurbishment
In addition to extensive re-chassis programmes we can also carry out less complex modifications. Everything from alterations to an intake boom by adding a hydraulic lift system in order to meet the latest manual handling requirements, fitting a high lift platform or the latest metering system.
